Three years ago, model Lara Stone bleached her brows at the behest of Carine Roitfeld, who then went on to dedicate an entire issue of Paris Vogue to her, declaring: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I wanted to make her a star.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
Though having just gone back to brown for the new issue of Paris Vogue, the rest of fashion is still chasing that star and the ethereal appeal of a bare brow.<\/p>\n
This month model Kristen McMenamy appears on the cover of Italian Vogue with none, a look she and Karen Elson popularized during 90s grunge. Many a fall show was epilated (Alessandro Dell\u00e2\u20ac\u2122Acqua, Balenciaga, Miu Miu and more) and spring is seeing more of the same with Guinevere Van Seenus, Heidi Mount and Givenchy<\/a>\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s entire ad-cast having gone arch-blonde.<\/p>\n
