Sony Ericsson’s newest mobile phone – The Satio – looks like it was made less to make phone calls than to take/instantly share amazing photos with friends (which, come to think of it, may not be the best feature on a debaucherous night out on the town). With a whopping 12.1 megapixels, a huge 3.5 inch widescreen (with a 16:9 aspect ratio – like most TV shows), a 12x zoom, face and smile recognition, Xenon flash, and Geo-tag capability, you’ll never have to be afraid of missing the perfect shot again. Of course, The Satio also has the prerequisite features that any self-respecting, tricked out 3G phone needs these days – including a touchscreen, built-in WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and FM Radio. No word yet on a North American release, but residents of the UK can expect The Satio to start shipping on October 13th.
