Accepting that there are differences in body types doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to cases where there are clearly problems. In the photos you can see the beginnings of muscle atrophy, sunken eyes and other indications that this is NOT a case of someone just being naturally lanky, but someone who is ill either by their own doing or a health problem. And not calling it out does a disservice to the people out there who are thin because that’s just the shape their bodies take.

There ARE girls out there who are not naturally skinny, who starve themselves and struggle with eating disorders to obtain a body type that’s not natural or healthy for them. The post also very clearly states that there’s a difference between naturally lanky (Ann Ward, as an example) and disordered eating/starvation, and in no way suggests there’s not a difference between the two.
