Completely agree with article (and Bill E’s point about some Police Forces) but Social Media has been the bad guy for sometime now and its the easy target for right-wing press to demonise as its something those scary ‘feral youth’ use. Cameron just had to carry on the meme to keep his base happy.

Cambridgeshire Police @cambcops and Merseyside Police @MerseyPolice are two forces that immediately spring to mind, but there were many others. Unsurprising the Metropolitan Police were as hopeless as ever.
